Using the ECF website
These terms apply to the Extreme Cage Fighting NYC website, ECF NEWS, and the ECF shop coming-soon page. “ECF,” “we,” and “our” refer to the Extreme Cage Fighting NYC promotion. Use this website lawfully and respect the rights and safety of athletes, staff, partners, and other visitors. If you do not agree to these terms, discontinue use of the website. Additional terms presented when you purchase a ticket, buy a stream, enter a venue, or participate in an event govern those activities. These website terms do not themselves register you to compete or create an event waiver.
Combat-sports content & personal safety
ECF covers MMA, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. Photos, videos, and reporting may show physical contact, knockouts, injuries, blood, or other intense sporting content. Viewer discretion is advised; parents and guardians should decide what is appropriate for children in their care. Athletic techniques shown here are performed in a sporting context. Do not imitate them without qualified instruction, suitable equipment, and appropriate supervision. Website material is general information and entertainment, not medical advice, training instruction, or an assessment of anyone’s fitness to compete. Seek advice from qualified professionals for health or training decisions. If there is an emergency, contact emergency services; website forms are not monitored for emergencies.
Events, tickets & broadcasts
Dates, venues, bout order, athletes, matchups, access conditions, and broadcast availability may change. Check the official event and ticket listing before purchasing or traveling. An athlete’s appearance is not guaranteed. Ticketing, streaming, age restrictions, admission, accessibility arrangements, refunds, postponements, and cancellations are governed by the terms presented by ECF, the venue, or the provider for the particular event, subject to applicable law. This page does not create a blanket “no refunds” rule or remove any mandatory consumer rights. Do not rely on an archived event listing as a current offer. External ticket and streaming links may require a separate account or payment.
Fighter, coach & sponsor inquiries
An inquiry is an introduction, not an acceptance, bout agreement, license, medical clearance, insurance policy, sponsorship contract, or promise of compensation. Eligibility, any required regulatory approvals, medical examinations, weight requirements, parental permissions, and event-specific agreements must be handled separately with the appropriate people. Do not submit medical records, government identification, financial account details, or other sensitive information through a general website form. A parent or legal guardian should handle inquiries involving a person under 18. Sponsorship references are informational; scope, placement, rates, and availability require written confirmation.
Photography, video & intellectual property
ECF branding and website materials are protected by intellectual-property laws and may also include material owned by athletes, photographers, sponsors, broadcasters, and other rights holders. You may browse, share links, and make uses permitted by law. Do not reproduce, sell, relicense, misrepresent, or commercially exploit protected material without the necessary permission. A website visit or ticket inquiry does not grant us a blanket release of your likeness; any event filming notice or release is handled separately. If you believe material infringes your rights, contact ECF with the specific URL, the work or right involved, your relationship to the rights holder, and a reliable way to reach you. We may request information reasonably needed to assess and address the concern.
ECF NEWS & corrections
ECF NEWS publishes promotion updates, reporting, and editorial material. Article dates and bylines identify when and by whom material was published; older articles may no longer reflect current conditions. Opinions are attributed to their authors. Sponsor or paid content should be identified where it appears. If you identify a factual error or a concern about an article, use the contact page and include its URL and the proposed correction. We may correct, update, or withdraw material. A quoted person’s statement is not necessarily an endorsement by ECF.
Shop status & future purchases
The ECF shop is coming soon. This website is not currently accepting merchandise orders, collecting checkout payments, or offering products for sale. Product-specific information, the seller’s identity and contact details, prices, taxes, shipping estimates, fulfillment arrangements, returns, refunds, and any warranty terms will be provided before purchases become available. Some future products may be fulfilled by independent suppliers. No shipping time, return policy, or product availability is promised by this coming-soon notice. WooCommerce and any payment or fulfillment services will be identified as appropriate when the store launches.
Acceptable use & third parties
Do not use the site to harass others, submit unlawful or deceptive content, impersonate someone, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, or misuse personal information. Automated access must respect applicable law, access controls, and reasonable technical limits. Links to Instagram, ticketing, streaming, mapping, and other providers take you to services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. ECF does not control those services. A sponsor logo or link does not mean ECF guarantees that business’s products or advice.
Availability & limits
We take reasonable care with website information, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all archived information remains current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is supplied “as available,” and ECF disclaims implied warranties concerning the website. To that same extent, ECF is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by use of, or inability to use, the website. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or rights and remedies that applicable law preserves. Nothing here releases a venue, promoter, or other party from liability for personal injury or negligence where such a release is prohibited. These website terms are not a substitute for a separately reviewed participant agreement.
Changes, applicable law & contact
New York law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by law, without taking away mandatory protections that apply where you live. No mandatory arbitration agreement or class-action waiver is created by this page. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally permitted. We may update these terms by posting the revised version and its date; material changes will apply prospectively except where the law permits otherwise.
