What this notice covers
This notice explains information handled through the ECF website, ECF NEWS, and the shop coming-soon page. It does not replace the privacy policies of independent ticketing, streaming, social-media, mapping, or future payment providers. Contact ECF with privacy questions using the details below.
Information you provide
When you send a general inquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry topic, optional company or brand, and message. Fighter inquiries may also include your gym or team, discipline, and competition experience. Required fields are marked. We use this information to respond, assess the inquiry, coordinate relevant follow-up, prevent misuse, and keep appropriate business records. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Do not send medical records, identity documents, payment details, or other sensitive information through these forms.
Technical information & local storage
Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the site. The site uses browser storage to remember whether its brief opening animation has played, your motion preference, and a temporary Instagram-feed cache. ECF NEWS staff authentication uses browser storage to maintain an authorized editor’s session. Public visitors do not need a news account. The current website does not include advertising pixels or audience analytics. If these practices change, this notice and any consent controls required by law must be updated before the new tools are used.
Hosting, forms & news publishing
Netlify hosts the website and processes website form submissions, including spam screening and associated technical information. ECF’s authorized team can access inquiries and may receive submission notifications when configured. Supabase supports ECF NEWS staff authentication, article storage, and media uploads when the news backend is enabled. Approved editors’ account details and access records are used to administer the publishing system. These service providers process information to provide their services and may use infrastructure in countries other than your own, including the United States. ECF does not sell inquiry information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention & security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business records, dispute handling, and legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. Retention periods vary by record type; an ongoing fighter or sponsorship discussion may need different retention from an unanswered general question. Access is limited to people and providers who need it. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe an ECF account or submission has been misused.
Your choices & requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you supplied, or ask questions about its use. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, request portability, appeal a decision, or complain to a regulator. We will assess requests under applicable law, verify identity when reasonably necessary, and explain any lawful limitation. You may clear browser storage or restrict third-party requests in your browser; this may reset preferences or prevent some previews from loading. Do not include sensitive identity documents in an initial request.
Children & younger athletes
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Children under 13 should not submit forms or create accounts. If you believe a child’s personal information was submitted, contact ECF so we can assess and remove it as appropriate. A parent or legal guardian should handle inquiries for athletes under 18. News and event imagery may depict athletes or attendees; requests concerning a child’s image should identify the relevant page and your relationship to the child.

Please identify the relevant page or inquiry and a way to contact you. This notice will be updated when website data practices change. The shop will have purchase, fulfillment, and payment privacy information before checkout becomes available.
Instagram & external services
The website shows links and preview cards for ECF’s public Instagram content. Preview content may be refreshed through a server proxy, and some images may load from Instagram’s content-delivery servers, which can receive technical request information such as your IP address. Opening a social, ticketing, video-streaming, or map link brings the relevant provider’s own terms and privacy notice into play. The ECF hero video and local gallery assets are hosted with this website. No merchandise checkout is active on the shop coming-soon page.
